Why do I have to register for an account?
Unfortunately, we have been subject to a number of malicious cyber attacks, where bots have tried to access weaknesses in this area of the website, this has resulted in considerably slowing down access to the galleries, limiting access to customers.
The website and it's data contained is very secure, but as an extra precaution and in a step to try and halt unnecessary activity, leaving the site to run smoothly and quickly we have decided to add this requirement. It just takes a couple of minutes to set up and once registered you will have access to all the galleries contained.
Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.
Will my information be used for any marketing/spam uses?
We do not pass on your details to any other party without your express permission. We do keep information on our database, this is for our records and to enable you to access your account easily. Every reasonable effort is made to secure your information from intrusion.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
How quickly will I get my order once I’ve paid for it?
You can download the 1200 x 1800 option as soon as payment has been received.
Prints are turned around as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 5 working days and sometimes longer if we are out of the office on an assignment.
Where are the images printed?
All prints are professionally printed by myself, using an Epson R2880 printer and authentic Epson Ultra Chrome K3 inks, together with specific archival paper, to ensure longevity. I take time to carefully prepare the print to make sure you get the best quality output, something I wouldn’t rely on an outside resource to do. At the moment all prints are supplied on Harman Gloss Baryta/320 gsm .
If I buy an image does it have the copyright information included?
All images will have a discreet copyright logo included and prints will come with details of the event the image was taken at unless otherwise specified.
If I buy a print, can I get a digital copy of the image?
Yes, digital copies of all images are available at extra cost. Please refer to the gallery price list.
Can I use any digital images I’ve bought on my club website?
As long as the website is non commercial. I will require a credit for the image and a link back to my website.
Can I get some free images to use on my website in return for a credit?
Unfortunately I am unable to provide free images, research has found that name checks do not pay the bills...
What are you paying for?
If you are buying prints or image files you are paying for my ability to provide you with a creative and quality image and you are also paying for the time I put into each image, from actually taking the image through to preparing it for sale to ensure you have the best image I can supply you with. Whether this means cloning out unsightly blemishes, or just tweaking levels it all takes time, which I’m happy to do, to ensure you have the best I can supply.
Please note - if you are buying an image file for personal use you are buying a copy of that image not the copyright itself.

This is my business, it’s not a hobby, I do this full time, 364 days of the year come rain or shine. By paying for the images and not stealing them you are enabling me to provide the service that I do. All images on this site and images provided to 3rd party websites are copyrighted to Joolze Dymond, please be courteous and don’t steal the images.
Can I give the images I buy to my sponsors for them to use on their website/blog/adverts? etc?
No. Images purchased are just for personal use. If you wish to use these images for any commercial purpose such as advertising, business/ sponsor/ magazine web site, you must obtain my permission first. I will charge a fee for such usage.
Am I buying the original file?
No. The original file and copyright remains with the photographer at all time. You are, buying a resized copy of an image.
I can't find a photo of myself from an event, what can I do?
We usually have at least two photographers on site, but the nature of our work means unfortunately we don't capture everybody. If you have searched your race number and come up with a blank, it is sometimes worth looking through the unnumbered photos, as occasionally we are unable to see a number, so you may be there. If that fails too, then sorry, we missed you and hopefully we'll see you at another event soon.
Do you shoot in RAW and would I be able to get hold of the RAW file?
Yes I do shoot RAW, however this format is not available to customers.
Are all the images you sell taken by you?
No, not all of them. Occasionally I have other photographers to cover events I can’t get to. All their work is copyrighted to them.
Dave Stapleton ( Mr.Joolze) also provides an alternative gallery of images at most events that I attend, again all his images are copyrighted to him. I just handle the paperwork!
I can't find an image I saw from an event last year, is it still available?
All images taken over the years are kept in my archive, however due to the restraints of web hosting I can't keep then all online. So if you really want that shot from 2005 Mountain Mayhem, it’ll still be here on my hard drive... Just drop me a line quoting the event and your race number and I'll see if I can find it for you.
Are you available to cover our event/ shoot our products?
